Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on April 8, 2021 found that Hudson's Helping Hands Home Care LLC, had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a licensure complaint survey completed on February 1, 2021.
